Do you support API and webhooks?

Yes. You can fetch mentions through our API and push them into your own workflow.

We also support webhooks, so your server can be notified whenever a new mention is found.

What platforms do you track?

Mentionkit tracks Reddit, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, GitHub, Slack, forums, and other public sources. We keep expanding coverage based on customer demand.

Can I invite my team or VAs?

Yes. Invite teammates, VAs, or clients and track who handled each mention.

Do you have any limits on the mentions scraped?

No hard limits. We do not cap how many mentions you can scrape, so you can track everything you need with confidence.

How do I cancel my free trial?

Go to Settings → Billing and select Cancel trial. Choose a reason, then confirm your cancellation.

Your trial will end right away, your keywords will stop being tracked, and your card will not be billed.

How much time do you retain mentions for?

We keep mentions for up to 1 year. After that, we may remove older mentions during regular cleanup.

How many seats are included in each plan?

Each plan includes up to 5 seats as a soft limit, so small teams can get started right away.

Need more seats? Contact support and we can increase your seat limit at no extra cost.

Does Mentionkit catch every single mention?

We capture the vast majority of relevant mentions, but no social listening system can guarantee 100%.

Network restrictions, platform changes, and deleted content can occasionally create misses.
